The decision to seek out support is always a tough one, so I'm glad you found yourself here. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with 11 years of experience in providing therapy. I have worked in outpatient /inpatient clinics, hospitals, correctional settings, and via telehealth. I’ve worked with people struggling with co-occurring disorders, personality disorders, addiction, PTSD, anxiety, depression, as well as communication and relationship issues- just to name a few. My hope is to provide you with a safe space to share, process, and grow, without fear of judgement.
Cost of Service
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help you determine if we are a good therapeutic fit. Should we decide to move forward, I provide Telehealth sessions (via video or phone), each lasting 55 minutes. The standard rate for these sessions is $150.

I offer a variety of flexible working hours to meet your needs, typically ranging from 6 AM to 10 PM, including weekends. If you have a preferred time, please let me know, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule.
